Part of my order is missing - what do I do?

Please allow the full delivery window for your entire order to arrive as we often dispatch items separately to get them to you as soon as possible. You can find out your delivery window by checking the confirmation email that was sent to you when you first completed your order. We will also send you an email once your order is dispatched with tracking information, so you know where it is right up to when it arrives at your door.
