To open the tap, lift the Tap Handle upwards to its unlocked position. Pull the handle forward by 45° so the tap is in it's Tapping position. Return the handle upright and push down to lock. If the pressure drops you can use the Taps' final Pour Position to increase its flow. Lift the Tap Handle upwards to its unlocked position. Pull the handle forward by 90° so the tap is in its Final Pour Position. Return the handle upright and push down to lock.

When water is trapped between the inside bottle and the casing of the Pinter, it can seem like there is a leak. Water may get trapped during cleaning or purification and it is not discovered until it is then in the Conditioning position. This isn't anything to worry about, and doesn't indicate any problem with your Pinter, you just need to allow it to fully dry. We'd recommend making sure your Pinter isn't fully submerged in water during cleaning to help avoid this happening.

Fresh Beer will stay fresh in the Pinter for up to 30 days in the fridge before tapping. Fresh Beer is at its optimum quality up to 28 days after tapping and may start to lose carbonation after this. Keeping your Pinter cold is the best way to make sure your Beers stay as Fresh as possible.

The cloudiness of the Fresh Beer or Fresh Cider depends on which Style you've decided to make. Like lots of craft beers, ours can be cloudy. This is due to the ingredients that give them their distinctive flavours! You can learn more about cloudy or hazy Fresh Beers and Fresh Ciders here: Hazy Beers. Most importantly, our Fresh Beers and Fresh Ciders are unfiltered; filtering is one of the tricks big industrial brewers use to make their drinks clear more quickly, which we feel compromises the freshness.

If you're having trouble changing your Fresh Beer selection for your next month's Fresh Beer Club Subscription, it may be because a Press has already been selected. Your Fresh Beer selection automatically defaults to previous month's choice. If you would like to change your last choice for something different, you will need to click on the 'minus' icon next to the Fresh Press that has a '1' in the box then click on the 'plus' icon of the Fresh Press you would like instead.

The size of the Pinter and Co-Pinter is: 38 cm L x 24.5 cm W x 22 cm H. The Pinter needs to be Conditioned in the fridge so we recommend that you measure your fridge to see if it will fit.

Will it fit in my fridge now?

Pinter 2 has been redesigned to fit easier in more fridges. The new dimensions are 35 cm L x 23 cm W x 23 cm H.

What are the new features in Pinter 2?

Can I still buy a Pinter 1?

We are no longer selling Pinter 1, however, we'll continue to service Pinter 1 and the needs of Pinter 1 owners, during and beyond Pinter 2 launching. Our core range of beers will still be an important part of who we are and there's still a 1 year warranty on the product.

Can I use Classic Fresh Presses with Pinter 2?, and Hopper Fresh Presses in Pinter 1?

Classic Fresh Presses can be used in Pinter 2. Hopper Fresh Presses are not compatible with Pinter 1.

Does Pinter 2 brew the same number of Pints?

Yes, 10 Pints of Fresh Beer or Cider the same way as Pinter 1.

Are any parts of Pinter 1 and Pinter 2 compatible?

No, Pinter 1 and Pinter 2 components are not compatible.

Can I use my Main Cap from my Pinter 1?

No, although they look similar, they have different designs and are not compatible.

Can I use a Pinter 2 Brewing Dock with Pinter 1?

No, although they look similar, they have different designs and are not compatible.

Can I update my account details myself?

To update your account details, head to www.pinter.co.uk and click on the account icon on the top right corner of your screen. Once you've signed in, you can edit all of your details and you can also manage any subscriptions you have too.

Why did you rebrand / is it the same company?

The same people are behind the Pinter; we're still the same company, just with a new name. Putting Pinter in the heart of the business.

What is your returns policy for the Presses?

If you decide to return something to us, you will need to email in to hello@pinter.co.uk with details of your return within 14 days of receiving the product. The product will need to be unused and in its original packaging. After this return has been authorised, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us for a refund.

What is the warranty and what does it cover?

Every Pinter 2 and Co-Pinter 2 has a 12-month warranty. Your warranty covers any faults with your Pinter/Co-Pinter 2, to give you full peace of mind when making your Fresh Beer. 

Your warranty will begin when your Pinter has been delivered and is valid for 12-months from this date. To register your warranty, please complete the form in the email you receive after your Pinter has shipped. If you gifted the Pinter/Co-Pinter 2, you will receive an email to forward to the giftee to complete. If you have not received this, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@pinter.co.uk.

If you would like to make a warranty claim, please ensure you have completed the form first. You should then contact our Customer Care team at hello@pinter.co.uk to begin your claim. When submitting a claim, please include a photo of the issue you have and summarise the problem. Our Community Care team will investigate this issue for you and may ask you additional questions or ask you for additional photos to ensure we provide the right service for you. If we find there is a fault, we may either replace the faulty part or the whole Pinter/Co-Pinter 2 depending on the issue.

What are the benefits with Pinter 2?

Pinter 2 is a premium product end to end, built with durability in mind. The Hopper introduces freshly hopped beer at home for the first time and Fresh Dispense Technology in the tap means no need to use the carbonation dial at each pour.

The Hopper has quite a lot of plastic, this isn't very environmentally friendly

The Hopper is 100% recyclable after use.

I can't put the two halves of the tap back together

Make sure the line isn't caught and make sure the two halves are aligned correctly with the notch and indent. See the instructions for more details

I have accidentally removed the foil from my Hopper, can I still use it?

It may be a bit messy and there's a risk of losing some of the hop oils and aroma in the process, but you can try and pour the hops into the back of the Pinter and then fully screw in the Hopper to dispense.

Why does the cleaning dial need to be closed before tapping?

Opening the cleaning dial will allow the CO2 to escape, which will lead to a flat beer.

Do I need to put my cleaning dial in my Pinter 2 for the brewing?

We recommend the cleaning dial is in place during brewing - see instructions for more details

Does my Pinter come with a Warranty?

Every Pinter is has a 1 year warranty. To activate your 1 year warranty simply get in touch with our community team on hello@pinter.co.uk. Not using your Pinter as directed may invalidate your warranty.

How long does Fresh Beer last for Pinter 2?

Fresh Beer will stay fresh for up to 30 days after tapping unless the Pinter has run out of natural CO2 and the user has introduced O2.

Is the Pinter dishwasher-safe?

The Pinter isn't suitable for dishwasher cleaning and should only be cleaned as per the instructions.

How is Fresh Brewing more environmentally friendly?

Each Pinter Pack makes 10 Pints of Fresh Beer or Cider, the equivalent of 17 330ml bottles. By using less packaging than the beer you'd buy in a supermarket, we’re able to dramatically reduce our shipping Carbon Footprint. When we ship our Pinter Packs to you, we ship without water. That means we save a huge amount of weight when we are shipping compared with delivering 17 330ml bottles or cans, and weight savings equal carbon savings.

What is the Hopper?

With the Hopper’s patent-pending technology, hops are added directly into the Pinter at pressure after fermentation. Hopping at the optimum point in the brewing process while keeping all of the naturally produced CO2 in the Pinter means maximum flavour and maximum freshness.

Why do you use Metal?

Build quality and robustness means it's designed with longevity in mind. The Aluminium we use is 100% recyclable.

Why do you use plastic?

We invested a long time researching the best materials for both the Pinter and our Pinter Packs. We found that the material we eventually settled on is the most widely recycled material at this time with the lowest CO2 impact.

Can I use my own ingredients or do I need to buy any additional ingredients?

Your Pinter Pack comes with everything you need to brew 10 Pints of Fresh Beer (apart from tap water!), including Purifier, Fresh Press and Brewing Yeast.

Do not use your own mixtures or add extra ingredients to the Pinter or Fresh Presses. Our Pinters and Fresh Press Packs are specifically designed to create the perfect flavour profile. Using anything other than Pinter Packs purchased from us in your Pinter will also void your 1 year warranty.

Why is the Pinter better than draught systems?

The Pinter is not a draught system, it uses world-first, precision engineered technology to allow fermentation, conditioning and carbonation within a single device.

Are any Pinter 1 and Pinter 2 components compatible?

Pinter 1 and Pinter 2 models are not compatible with each other.

What is a Co-Pinter?

Our Co-Pinters are exclusively available to Pinter owners, so that you can have a constant flow of Fresh Beer. The Co-Pinter is exactly the same spec as your original Pinter and the only thing it doesn't come with is its own Brewing Dock. You can use your original Brewing Dock to Brew one Pinter while the other one is Conditioning in the fridge, getting ready to tap.

How does a Pinter work?

The Pinter is a unique self-contained device in which brewing - from fermentation to conditioning - is streamlined without sacrificing any quality. Add water, yeast, your Fresh Press and let the Pinter do the heavy lifting before tapping 10 Pints of Fresh Beer.

What are the dimensions of the Pinter Packs?

The size of our Pinter Packs is 26cm x 19cm x 3.5cm and should fit through a conventional letterbox for convenient delivery.

What's the weight of Pinter 2?

The weight of the Pinter is 4.9kg and the weight of the brewing dock is 1.4kg. The minimum shipping weight is 10kg (Pinter + Brewing Dock + 1 Pinter Pack) and the maximum is 13kg (Pinter + Brewing Dock + 3 Pinter Packs).

What are the dimensions of the Pinter and Co-Pinter?

How does Fresh Beer become carbonated?

Fresh Beer made in the Pinter is naturally carbonated with the CO2 produced during fermentation. The Carbonation Dial regulates the pressure in the Pinter during the brewing process, so your Fresh Beers and Ciders will always have the perfect level of carbonation.

What courier do you use?

We use a combination of Royal Mail and DPD to ensure that we can offer the fastest possible delivery of your order.

How much is delivery?

Delivery of a Pinter is £5, delivery of a Pinter Pack is £2.50.

For NI, IoM and Scottish Highlands customers, delivery of a Pinter is £15.

Can I upgrade to Pinter 2 - and will I be entitled to a discount on it?

The members of our community are at the heart of everything we do and have helped us develop our Pinter too. As a thank you for all of our customers feedback, we have sent individual vouchers to our community members to use against Pinter 2 and Co-Pinter. They will be sent via email on the 29/09/21 and will be vaild up until the 13/10/21.

I forgot to add my Hopper, can I add it while my Pinter is conditioning?

Yes, it can be added during the conditioning. On this occasion, the required steps should be: 1) Hopper addition, 2) Agitate gently the Pinter (the remaining yeast will be resuspended at this point), 3) Wait 2 days for the yeast to settle down and the aromas to be absorbed by the beer.

Can I open my Pinter 1 and add the Hopper in there?

Unfortunately, this is not an option because opening the Pinter could cause contamination issues as well as releasing CO2, losing carbonation

I am buying as a gift, do you offer discreet packaging?

Unfortunately at the moment we don't offer discreet packaging, but we are working on introducing this.

When will my Pinter 2 arrive?

Pinter 2 will ship from November

Can I buy a Brewing Dock on its own?

We do not currently sell Brewing Docks on their own.

Can I buy the Pinter on its own?

Each Pinter must be bought with minimum one Fresh Press.

Can I collect it from you?

Unfortunately, we do not allow our customers to collect their orders directly from our warehouse.

My item has been damaged in transit, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that your item was damaged when it was on its way to you. Please send us an email, including your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged item to: hello@pinter.co.uk so we can look into this and get it sorted for you.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we're only able ship to mainland UK and NI but we're hoping to expand this in the future. We suggest signing up to the mailing list on our website to be first in the know of when this will be!

Why am I being charged for delivery?

All our delivery costs are calculated by our couriers depending on the size and weight of the package and the location it is being shipped to. The shipping cost can be found at check out, after the shipping address has been entered.

Why don't all the Fresh Presses come with a Hopper?

We have 2 ranges of Fresh Presses: Hopper and Classic.Hopper Fresh Presses are only compatible with Pinter 2 and there are still many Pinter 1 owners brewing Fresh Beer.

How do I store my Fresh Press and Pinter Pack contents?

We recommend storing your Fresh Press, Yeast and Hopper in the fridge. 

Keeping your Pinter Packs in the fridge until you use them will help to maintain the overall shelf life of each pack and will guarantee the ultimate freshness of your Brewing Yeast, Fresh Press and Hopper. For best results, remove your Fresh Press from the fridge 1 hour prior to brewing to enable it to reach room temperature. This will make sure that the ingredients blend better and ultimately brew better.

How long will my Fresh Press last?

You can find the Best Before Date on the back of your Fresh Press bottle. You can make sure your Presses stay as Fresh as possible by storing them in the fridge.

Are the Fresh Presses gluten-free?

Our Ciders are gluten-free, but are made in an environment that handles gluten.

Is Fresh Beer vegan/vegetarian?

Yes - all our Fresh Presses are 100% vegan and vegetarian friendly.

What is the ABV of the Fresh Beers and Ciders?

The ABVs of our Fresh Beers vary from 3.8% to 7% depending on the Style. You can find the ABV of specific Fresh Beers here: Fresh Beers.

How do I screw in my Pinter 2 tap correctly?

If you are unable to screw your Tap Assembly fully the Tap Collar may be stuck. To resolve this, remove the Tap Assembly by unscrewing the Tap Collar and pulling it out of the Pinter fully. Replace the Tap Assembly back into the Pinter, apply a slight force to the front of the tap (pushing on the tap logo) and simultaneously screw it back into the Pinter using the Tap Collar. The Tap collar should be flush with the body of the Pinter.

My Pinter 2 tap has a small leak, is this normal?

Firstly, check underneath your tap to see if your Tap Collar is flush with the Pinter as there should be no gap. If there is a gap, remove the Tap Assembly by unscrewing the Tap Collar and pulling it out of the Pinter fully. Replace the Tap Assembly back into the Pinter, apply a slight force to the front of the tap (pushing on the tap logo) and simultaneously screw it back into the Pinter using the Tap Collar. The Tap collar should be flush with the body of the Pinter.

How can I make sure my Pinter is purified properly?

For extra peace of mind, in a sterile fermentation environment, you can pre-mix your Purifier with hot water in a jug and then add it to your Pinter once it has dissolved. Allowing the hot water combination to soak in your Pinter for 10 minutes will also help.

What should I do if there is still purifier in my Pinter?

It's perfectly normal to have some undissolved purifier during the Purifying stage. Use warm water to rinse away any undissolved purifier. You can pre-mix your Purifier with hot water in a jug and then add it to your Pinter once it has dissolved.

Is the Purifier safe?

The Purifier is completely safe to use as directed but can be harmful if consumed in its concentrated form – please refer to the product label for more information.

When purifying only a little bit of liquid came out the tap, is this normal?

If this happens, please make sure the Carbonation Dial is set to off.

What carbonation setting shall I put my beer or cider on?

We recommend you follow the carbonation setting shown on your Fresh Press. For our Beers this is “Carbonated” on the Pinter 1 and “Carbonation setting 2” on the Pinter 2. For our Ciders this is “Carbonated” on the Pinter 1 and “Carbonation setting 1” on the Pinter 2.

Should my Brewing Dock wobble when it is attached? 

You may experience a wobble between the Brewing Dock to the Pinter 2. The connection system used in Pinter 2 is upgraded from Pinter 1 to allow more flexibility which reduces the chance of the clip on the Brewing Dock splitting. This was an issue that some of our Pinter 1 customers experienced.  This added flexibility means the Pinter has some freedom of movement relative to the Brewing Dock whilst also being firmly attached and working correctly.

My Pinter is making a hissing noise, is that normal?

Hearing an intermittent hiss coming from the Carbonation Dial during the Brewing process is completely normal and nothing to worry about at all. It is simply excess pressure being released. If you do not hear a hissing sound, it just means that your Pinter is at the correct pressure and does not need to vent itself.

How does the Beer become carbonated?

Fresh Beer made in the Pinter is naturally carbonated with the CO2 produced during fermentation. The Carbonation Dial regulates the pressure in the Pinter during the brewing process, so your Fresh Beers and Ciders will always have the perfect level of carbonation. Most of the carbonation is activated when the Pinter is conditioned at cold temperatures.

Why does my Space Hopper look different to the other Presses? And how do I mix it?

The higher malt content in some beers including Space Hopper and Stonebridge makes it a very viscous Press, so it can look a little different to our other Fresh Presses. This is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. However, due to the added thickness of the liquid, we recommend that you mix the Fresh Press, yeast and water together for longer than 10 seconds. You can also place the Fresh Press bottle in warm (not boiling) water for 10-20 minutes before adding it to your Pinter which will help it mix with the water and yeast.

How much Fresh Beer can the Pinter produce at one time?

Each Pinter Pack makes 10 pints in the Pinter.

Can I transport my Pinter when it's full?

There shouldn't be any problem with transporting your Pinter, even when it's full. We advise to make sure your Pinter stays horizontal and that the Carbonation Dial remains uncovered and set to the ‘Carbonated’ position.

If you have decided to travel with your Pinter, the Fresh Beer inside will also have moved around. Therefore we recommend leaving it to settle for longer than you normally would before tapping and turning the Carbonation Dial to 'Off' even more slowly.

You may notice that your beer is not as clear as usual as some of the sediment would have been agitated back into the beer. This doesn’t impact the taste however and your Fresh Beer is safe to drink.

Is the Brewing Dock Necessary?

Yes, the Brewing Dock captures all of the waste products from the brewing process (spent brewing yeast).

What type of water do I use with my Fresh Presses?

All of our Presses are developed specifically to work with the varied types of water across the country, so regular tap water is all you need.

How long does a Press take to brew?

The Brewing time varies depending on the style. Refer to the specific label/product page instructions on your Fresh Press. Please see all of our Fresh Beers here.

How long will the Pinter Keep my Fresh Beer or Fresh Cider cold when out of the fridge?

Your Pinter will keep your Fresh Beer or Fresh Cider cold for approximately 2-3 hours, as long as it's at room temperature and not in direct sunlight.

How long will my Fresh Beer last once it has finished conditioning?

Fresh Beer will stay fresh in the Pinter for up to 30 days in the fridge before tapping. Fresh Beer is at its optimum quality up to 7 days after tapping and may start to lose carbonation after this. Keeping your Pinter cold is the best way to make sure your Beers stay as Fresh as possible.

What is the optimum conditioning temperature in my fridge?

Most fridges are around 4°C which is ample for brewing most styles

Can I condition out of the fridge?

No, conditioning needs to be done in the fridge for successful brewing.

Can I bottle my Fresh Beer?

We do not recommend bottling our Fresh Beers from the Pinter. There is a chance that a secondary fermentation can occur, which could become dangerous if extra pressure is created inside the bottle.

Why is my Beer or Cider cloudy?

Cloudiness depends on which Fresh Beer Style you've decided to brew. Like lots of craft beers, our Beers can be cloudy. This is partly because Fresh Beer uses no aggressive filtration processes like more mass-produced beers do.

What is Cold Crashing and how does it help?

If you prefer less haze in your beer you can help your Pinter along by cold crashing - as long as your fridge allows. For the first 24 hours, condition in the standing position with the Brewing Dock attached. Then detach your Pinter and condition horizontally as usual.  If you have a Hopper add this just before you detach the Brewing Dock. The cold temperature helps with clarity, encouraging more spent yeast to drop out of the Pinter and into the Brewing Dock before it's detached.

How long does Conditioning take in the fridge?

The Conditioning time varies depending on the style. Refer to specific label/product page instructions. Please see details on each style here.

My Pinter made a hissing noise when I added the Hopper, is that normal?

You may hear a hiss coming from the hopper inlet when using the hopper, this is completely normal and nothing to worry about at all. It is simply excess pressure being released.

How do I use my hopper?

Hopper Fresh Presses are only compatible with Pinter 2. Unscrew the Hopping Cap from the back of the Pinter. Take the Hopper, remove the metal cap but do not remove the foil seal. Firmly hold the Pinter down and screw the Hopper all the way in until it's flush. Remove the Hopper and replace the Hopping Cap until flush with the back of the Pinter.

If I cold crash, when do I add my Hopper?

If you have cold crashed your Pinter and you have a Hopper, add this just before you detach the Brewing Dock. Then detach your Pinter and follow the conditioning process as usual.

When do I add my Hopper?

The Hopper should be added after the brewing stage and before the start of the conditioning stage.

What is Hopping?

Hopping allows you to enjoy Fresh Beer with the most flavour than ever before. It is a process that enables you to freshly-hop your beer whilst it is in your Pinter. It was developed exclusively for Pinter 2, for an unparalleled sensory drinking experience and next-level fresh flavour.

How do I lock my Pinter 2 tap? 

Return the handle upright and push down to lock. If pushing the tap down is a bit of a struggle, giving the tap a little wiggle side to side can help it get into the locked position more easily.

Should my Pinter 2 Tap Handle spring back?

The Pinter 2 has a different tapping mechanism to the Pinter 1 so It will not spring back closed. This is perfectly normal.

Why are there two tapping positions on the  Pinter 2?

The Pinter 2 has two tapping positions. For normal tapping use the Tapping position which is at 45° degrees, this makes use of the Fresh Dispense Technology to tap at pressure keeping O2 out and first-rate carbonation and freshness in. For tapping at lower pressure use the Final Pour Position at 90°.

How do I use my Pinter 2 tap?

To open the tap, lift the Tap Handle upwards to its unlocked position. Pull the handle forward by 45° so the tap is in it's Tapping position. Return the handle upright and push down to lock. If the pressure drops you can use the Taps' final Pour Position to increase its flow. Lift the Tap Handle upwards to its unlocked position. Pull the handle forward by 90° so the tap is in its Final Pour Position. Return the handle upright and push down to lock.

Why are my pints foamy from my Pinter 2?

If your first pour comes out foamy, this is nothing to worry about. We recommend you try pouring another whilst following the information below.

If the Pinter is not cold enough during conditioning or the Pinter has not been conditioning for long enough, the CO2 will not be fully absorbed.This means that your Fresh Beer or Cider may be more foamy that it should be. It may be that the fridge temperature was not low enough, that the fridge was opened a little too frequently or that, due to other items in the fridge, the overall temperature was brought up.


If you think that this could have caused foamy beer we suggest conditioning your brew for a couple more days, at a colder temperature if possible, which should help with the carbonation.


During your 1st pour, there will be higher pressure in the Pinter that will be pushing the liquid out the tap, sometimes this could be fast or foamy. As you tap, the pressure in the Pinter goes down, this will change the flow of your tap throughout your pouring. 


If you find that the flow out of your tap is too fast or it is foamier than usual you can release some pressure by slowly turning the Carbonation Dial down, this will reduce the flow out of the tap but might mean you will need to use Final Pour Position sooner than normal.

The pieces of my tap aren’t fitting together, what do I do?

If you're struggling to reassemble your tap; Take the Tap in your right hand and the Rubber End/ Fresh Dispense Casing in your left. Rotate the Fresh Dispense Casing clockwise to tighten the coils of the Fresh Dispense Line so it fits back into the Fresh Dispense Casing. Then try reassembling both halves, ensure the Fresh Dispense Casing is aligned correctly with the alignment notch on the tap.

What if I increase the number of Fresh Presses in my subscription? (Members signed up after 29th September)

If you increase your Fresh Press amount per month, you will pay £1 less per additional Fresh Press added - £14 for the first additional, £13 for the second, £12 for the third, as follows: 1 Pinter Pack - £15, 2 Pinter Packs - £29, 3 Pinter Packs - £42, 4 Pinter Packs - £54.

What if I increase the number of Fresh Presses in my subscription? (Members signed up before 29th September)

If you increase your Fresh Press amount per month, you will pay the new amount for any extra Fresh Presses. After the first additional, you will receive £1 off per one.

For example - If your subscription consisted of 2 x Fresh Presses at £12 (£24) before the 29th September, the third additional Fresh Press will be £15 and the fourth would be £14.

What if I cancel my Fresh Beer Subscription?

If you cancel your subscription after the 29th September, you will re-join on the new price of £15 a month, so we suggest staying with us to save on your Fresh Beer!

Does my subscription cover both Hopper and Classic Fresh Presses?

Yes, it does.

How do I change my Fresh Beer Club subscription choice?

If you're having trouble changing your Fresh Beer selection for your next month's Fresh Beer Club Subscription, it may be because a Press has already been selected. Your Fresh Beer selection automatically defaults to previous month's choice. If you would like to change your last choice for something different, you will need to click on the 'minus' icon next to the Fresh Press that has a '1' in the box then click on the 'plus' icon of the Fresh Press you would like instead.

How do I change my address for delivery?

You can change your delivery address at any point from your account section on the website or from the Fresh Beer Club section of the Pinter App.

When will I receive my monthly Fresh Beer Club order?

Your monthly order will be dispatched on the same day each month, the dispatch day is the same day on which you purchased/activated your subscription. If you start your subscription on the last day of any month, it will default to the last of each subsequent month.

How do I skip a month of my Fresh Beer Club Subscription?

You can skip a month of pause your Fresh Beer Club subscription at any time from your account section on the website or from the Fresh Beer Club section of the Pinter App.

How can I change how many Presses I get in my monthly Fresh Beer Club?

You can increase or decrease the number of Fresh Presses at any point from your account section on the website or from the Fresh Beer Club section of the Pinter App.

How much is a Fresh Beer Club membership, and is it rolling?

A subscription to our Fresh Beer Club is costs £15pm for one Fresh Press, £29pm for two Fresh Presses, £42pm for three Fresh Presses and £54pm for 4 Fresh Presses on a rolling monthly basis.

Is the Pinter app free?

Yes, the app is entirely free to download and use.

How do I update my delivery details on the App?

To update your Quick Buy delivery details for your next purchase; click the "Buy now" button on any drink, then tap the "Ship to" section and follow the steps to save your new address.

Please note - you can only choose from addresses that are already associated with your Pinter account. To add more addresses or edit the ones you already have, you must log into your account on the Pinter website and add/edit details in your account management section.

What is the warranty and what does it cover?

Every Pinter 2 and Co-Pinter 2 has a 12-month warranty. Your warranty covers any faults with your Pinter/Co-Pinter 2, to give you full peace of mind when making your Fresh Beer. 

Your warranty will begin when your Pinter has been delivered and is valid for 12-months from this date. To register your warranty, please complete the form in the email you receive after your Pinter has shipped. If you gifted the Pinter/Co-Pinter 2, you will receive an email to forward to the giftee to complete. If you have not received this, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@pinter.co.uk.

If you would like to make a warranty claim, please ensure you have completed the form first. You should then contact our Customer Care team at hello@pinter.co.uk to begin your claim. When submitting a claim, please include a photo of the issue you have and summarise the problem. Our Community Care team will investigate this issue for you and may ask you additional questions or ask you for additional photos to ensure we provide the right service for you. If we find there is a fault, we may either replace the faulty part or the whole Pinter/Co-Pinter 2 depending on the issue.

My Pinter is making a hissing noise, is that normal?

Hearing an intermittent hiss coming from the Carbonation Dial during the Brewing process is completely normal and nothing to worry about at all. It is simply excess pressure being released. If you do not hear a hissing sound, it just means that your Pinter is at the correct pressure and does not need to vent itself.

I don’t have a printer, can I print the label in store?

Unfortunately, you will need to print your label as the stores do not have printers.

When will the scheme end?

The scheme will end on 19th February, however, we reserve the right to terminate the scheme at any point.

I already have a Pinter 2. Can I use my voucher on Fresh Press or a Co-Pinter instead?

No, the voucher can only be put towards a Pinter 2.

How do I claim my £50 voucher?

This will have been emailed to you with the subject line ‘Your £50 Pinter 2 voucher’. If you have not received this as of yet, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot locate your discount, please get in touch with us.

The voucher only applies to Pinter 2s and the code should be entered at checkout as we won’t be able to honour the discount retrospectively.

How will you recycle the Pinter?

Good question - we’re glad you asked! Your returned Pinter will be broken down and all materials will be sorted, separated, and used for anything from new parts to renewable energy.

Can I recycle two Pinters?

No, only one Pinter 1 can be recycled per customer.

Can I recycle my Co-Pinter?

No, this scheme only applies to full Pinter 1s with Brewing Docks.
