How much is a Fresh Beer Club membership, and is it rolling?

A subscription to our Fresh Beer Club starts from £12 for 1 Pinter Pack per month to £48 for 4 Pinter Packs per month. That works out to be just £1.20 per Pint, no matter which Fresh Beer or Fresh Cider Style you choose! The Fresh Beer Club is a rolling subscription but you can skip a month or cancel your Subscription at any time. If you don't skip your order or cancel your Subscription, you will be charged on the 28th of every month and your Fresh Beer Club Subscription will be dispatched on the first working day of every month. If you cancel your subscription on or after the 28th of the month you will still be charged for that month and still receive your next and final Fresh Beer Subscription order, but you will not be charged or receive your next one.

How can I change how many Presses I get in my monthly Fresh Beer Club?

You will need to either take out a new Fresh Beer Club subscription or cancel your original and start a new one for the amount of Pinter Packs you want to receive per month.

How do I skip a month of my Fresh Beer Club Subscription?

To skip a month of your Fresh Beer Club Subscription, email us with your request, including your name and email address associated with your subscription to: hello@pinter.co.uk. This request must be made before midnight on the 28th of the month. If you request your subscription to be changed after the 28th, the request will take affect from the next month and will not affect the current order as that will have been processed.

Why have I been charged twice for my subscription?

The cut-off date to sign up for the current month's Fresh Beer Club is midnight on 19th of the month. Your monthly subscription payment is taken out on the 28th of every month. This means that if you initially sign up before the 20th, you're paying for the month that we are currently in, and will receive your Fresh Press and Welcome Glass within 5-10 working days. You will then be charged again on the 28th of the same month, and that pays for the next month's subscription Fresh Press, which will be dispatched on the first working day of the coming month. If you sign up after the 20th, you are paying for the following month, and will next pay on the 28th of the next month.

When will I receive my monthly Fresh Beer Club order?

Our Fresh Beer Club Pinter Packs are dispatched on the first working day of each month.

Why have I been charged twice for my subscription?

Your rolling monthly payment is then taken out on the 28th of the month, and every month there after. If you sign up before the 20th, you're paying for the month that we are currently in and will receive your Pinter Pack and Welcome Glass within the delivery window stated in your order confirmation email. You will then be charged on the 28th of the same month which pays for the next month's subscription. If you sign up after the 20th, you are paying for the following month, so will still receive your Pinter Pack and Welcome Glass within the delivery window stated in your order confirmation email but you will not be charged again until the 28th of the next month. Fresh Beer Subscription orders are dispatched in the first few working days of the month.

How do I change my Fresh Beer Club subscription choice?

If you're having trouble changing your Fresh Beer selection for your next month's Fresh Beer Club Subscription, it may be because a Press has already been selected. Your Fresh Beer selection automatically defaults to previous month's choice. If you would like to change your last choice for something different, you will need to click on the 'minus' icon next to the Fresh Press that has a '1' in the box then click on the 'plus' icon of the Fresh Press you would like instead.
