Why is my price changing?

As a small business, it’s important that we continuously monitor the ways in which produce and deliver our products. We take great pride in our range of styles, and the quality of the ingredients we use to deliver you the best Fresh Beer, which we are unwilling to compromise on.

While we strive to manage our costs wherever possible, with the rising price of ingredients, packaging and manufacturing, we’ve had no choice but to review our Fresh Press prices, something that we have not done before despite these rising costs.

Can I stay on my current subscription price?

No all subscribers will move to the new pricing from 15th December 2022. Your subscription will change to this price on your individual subscription date after the 15th December 2022.

When will my new subscription price take effect?

From 15th December 2022. Your subscription will change to this price on your individual subscription date after the 15th December 2022. If you’re a new subscriber who subscribed after 14th November 2022, your second month will be £16.99.

When will the new one-off Fresh Press price take effect?

21st November. One-off Fresh Presses will change to £19.99 for Hopper styles and £17.99 for Classic styles.

How will my increased payment be invested?

The increased prices will allow us to ensure that we continue to use the best quality ingredients to deliver you the best Fresh Beer.

I don’t think I was notified of the price change.

All customers who have either an active or paused subscription or have purchased in the past 12 months, were emailed about the price rise on Monday 14th November 2022.

Will my price rise again in the future?

So that we can continue to provide you with quality Fresh Beer, we’re always monitoring the quality of the ingredients we use and how much we pay for them. Where possible, we will do our best to not pass these on to our customers.

How do I increase or decrease the number of Fresh Presses on my subscription?

With an existing subscriptions, it’s currently not possible to change the number of Fresh Press on your subscription. This feature will be available very soon though as we’ll be in touch when! In the meantime, if you would like to change the number of Fresh Presses, you can cancel you subscription and take out a new one with the preferred number.

Will I receive improved benefits for being a subscriber?

As a subscriber you enjoy the best price and free delivery on all Fresh Presses. We always strive to provide the best experience for our Fresh Beer Club subscribers and are currently investing in better technology to improve how you manage your subscription. If you have any ideas for benefits you would like to see, please let us know.

Why are hopper styles more expensive?

Hopper Styles are move expensive for us to produce due to the addition of the hopping oil itself, the packaging and process this involves to produce these.

When does it take effect?

21st November - one-off Fresh Presses will change to £19.99 for Hopper styles and £17.99 for Classic styles. From 15th December 2022, subscribers prices will change to £16.99 and £1 per additional Fresh Press.
