These terms apply specifically to your Complete Care upgrade with Instant Beer Credits. They act as a premium extension to our standard Terms & Conditions and Standard Warranty.
1. Your Instant Beer Credits
If you select a tier that includes Instant Beer Credits, we will immediately load the promotional pound value (e.g. £49) into your Pinter account. These credits are valid immediately and will be seamlessly applied at checkout on future Delivery Plan orders.
2. Your Extended Warranty & Perfect Pour Guarantee
By upgrading to the Complete Care Plan, you are extending the 'Warranty Period' of our Standard Warranty from 12 months depending on your selected tier.
What is covered: Your Pinter hardware is fully protected against manufacturing defects and hardware failures for the duration of your plan, just as they are in your first year.
As part of our Perfect Pour Guarantee, included exclusively with our Complete Care plans, you will also receive dedicated brewing support from our expert team, and free replacement Pinter Packs (shipped free of charge) in the event of anything going wrong with your brewing process, provided our brewing instructions are followed and no non-Pinter ingredients have been added.
What stays the same: The sensible exclusions from our Standard Warranty still apply. Complete Care does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, accidental damage, commercial use, or consumable parts (like seals and gaskets) degrading naturally over time.
3. The 30-Day Cooling-Off Period & Pro-Rated Refunds
We want you to be completely confident in your upgrade. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to change your mind.
If you request a refund within this 30-day window, your Complete Care Plan and extended warranty will be immediately cancelled.
You will receive a refund to your original payment method, less the exact pound value of any Instant Beer Credits you have already consumed.
Any unspent Instant Beer Credits tied to this plan will be removed from your account, and your hardware will revert to its standard 12-month warranty.
4. Credit Terms
Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are strictly for use on your Delivery Plan orders for your brewing journey.
