ABOUT YOU

To shop with us, you need to:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have a credit or debit card that we accept (payment types listed below)

  • Be authorised to use that credit or debit card


ELIGIBILITY

Our products are available only to individuals over the age of 18 years old. By placing your order for our products, you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 years old.

PURCHASING

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and ApplePay. If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order please get in touch with our Community Team on hello@pinter.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to make any changes. If your order is currently being processed, we will attempt to make the changes you have requested but these may not be possible.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Rolling Monthly Subscription
Fresh Beer Club (FBC) members receive Pinter Packs sent out on a monthly rolling basis. 

You can choose to receive 

  • Pinter Pack per month for £15

  • Pinter Packs per month for £29

  • Pinter Packs per month for £42

  • Pinter Packs per month for £54

You will be charged for your first subscription order at checkout and receive your order within the delivery time stated in your order confirmation email. You will be charged for your subsequent subscription orders on the same date each month thereafter and we will send an order confirmation to the email registered on your account once payment is taken.

If your first Fresh Beer Club order is placed on the 31st of the month, your subscription will renew and subsequent payments will be processed on the last day of months with fewer than 31 days. 

Our Fresh Beer Club subscription service is completely flexible. You can change your Pinter Pack selection, increase or decrease the number of Pinter Packs you would like month-by-month, and cancel or pause for up to three cycles at any time. Any changes must be made before 11:59pm the day before your subscription renews. Any orders that have been processed after this time cannot be changed or cancelled.


BENEFITS

Our Fresh Beer Club members have access to certain exclusive benefits. 

Fresh Beer Club members will receive free delivery on all Fresh Presses. Free delivery will automatically be applied to your basket when the purchase is made through the account login associated with your subscription. 

From time to time we may send free gifts to all our Fresh Beer Club members. You can opt out of receiving any free gifts in the Manage Subscription section of your online Pinter account.

Fresh Beer Club members may also have priority invites to Fresh Collective events and similar Community events, or early access to pre-sales.  


PRICE DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

We do sometimes test the price of our products and/or offer discounts to make sure that we provide the best value to our customers, this may mean you get a price that isn't our lowest price. Due to the nature of these tests, we cannot make up the difference in prices for customers.


DELIVERY

Once we’ve received payment we will get your order ready for despatch. Your anticipated delivery date will be in your order confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. 

Single Pinter Packs are delivered by Royal Mail and have been designed specifically to fit through a standard sized letter box so there is no need to be in for delivery. 

RETURNS

If you decide to return something to us, you will need to email hello@pinter.co.uk with details of your return within 14 days of receiving the product. The product will need to be in an unused condition in its original packaging. After this return has been authorised, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us for a refund.

 

If the product is faulty, you have the right to return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving it.

 

If the product is faulty and it has been over 30 days since you have received it, we have the right to try to resolve the issue in the first instance, which could include repairing or replacing it. If a replacement or repair is unsuccessful in resolving the fault, you have the right to a refund. 

 

The above does not apply if you are returning a faulty Pinter Pack that is outside its best before date as shown on the Fresh Press bottle. 


 

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 

We’re so confident that you’ll love Fresh Brewing, that Pinter 2 will be covered under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If, for any reason you feel that your Pinter 2 did not live up to your expectations, we offer a no-hassle money-back guarantee for a Pinter 2 delivered within the last 30 days. 

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Returns Policy and Manufacturer’s Warranty must be used as directed. Failure to do so may result in these being voided. 

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not cover Co-Pinter 2s, Pinter Packs or Merchandise. If you would like to make a return for these products, please refer to our regular returns process.

If you would like to return your Pinter 2 within the first 30 days to claim your money back, please complete the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee form and our Customer Care team will be in touch as soon as possible to progress your submission. The form should be completed within the 30 days since delivery to qualify. The refund will be returned to the payment card used to purchase the Pinter 2. Please note, refunds take 5-7 days to appear in your bank once processed.

All Pinter 2s purchased with a Christmas voucher are exempt from the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.


VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNT/PROMO CODES 

From time to time we may issue promotional codes for discounts or additional products. Please remember to add these to your order at checkout before purchasing, as we won’t be able to honour these retrospectively. We are unable to extend the expiry of any voucher or discount code. You're unable to use more than one voucher or discount code at one time.

If you’re having any difficulty with a promotional code, please get in touch with us on hello@pinter.co.uk with a screenshot of the code, what the code redeems, and where you received it, and we will look into this for you.

 

FRESH PRESS BEST BEFORE DATES

Fresh Beer means flavour and flavour develops during fermentation. The enemies of beer; light, time, oxygen, high storage temperatures have a chance to strike in packaged beer post-brewing. We use best before dates on our Fresh Presses to help manage stock. Whilst we do suggest using it sooner, as long as the Fresh Press is stored in the right conditions (cool temperature and not in direct sunlight) it will keep for longer.

 

CHRISTMAS VOUCHER 

The Voucher entitles you to redeem 1x Pinter 2 and 1x Fresh Press. The voucher can only be used once, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. The card cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. For your expiry date, please look at the date printed on your voucher. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Shipping rates may apply from 01/02/2022. You must be 18+ to redeem. If you need to return your Pinter 2, which was purchased with a Christmas voucher, please note that we are only able to offer store credit in the form of a voucher. If you would like to return your Pinter 2, you will need to email hello@pinter.co.uk with details of your return within 14 days of receiving the product. The product will need to be in an unused condition in its original packaging. After this return has been authorised, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us. Please see the 'Using vouchers and discount codes' for any limitations when using a voucher.

 

TV £20 OFF DISCOUNT CODE

The discount entitles you to take £20 off a Pinter 2 product (any colour) once it has been added to the basket. The discount will not apply to the following products: Fresh Presses, Co-Pinters, Merchandise, Gift Vouchers or Subscriptions. The offer code must be entered in the Voucher Code field on the checkout page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order. Offer subject to availability. No cash alternative. Discount will not apply if you are using a gift card. Discount will only apply once per product and once per transaction. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion codes. Maximum discount of £20 per order. Offer excludes delivery costs. Offer only valid for UK orders. Code expires on 31/05/22. To enter the Free Prize Draw, please click ENTER NOW on the Pinter app, either on Android or Apple.

The winner will be randomly chosen and notified on 1st June Where they will have to accept the gift card of £300 off a Landmark Trust purchase. There is no cash alternative to this prize.

The Free Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). All entrants must be aged 18 years or over on the day they enter the Free Prize Draw. Only one entry during each competition period is permitted per person. Second or subsequent entries with the same e-mail address, receipt and/or name will be disqualified. The Free Prize Draw is not open to employees and their families, representatives, legal successors or contractors of Pinter. This promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Pinter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.


YOUR PINTER 2 AND CO-PINTER 2 WARRANTY

To give you peace of mind when making Fresh Beer at home, every Pinter 2 and Co-Pinter 2 has a 12-month warranty. This covers any faults with your Pinter/Co-Pinter 2 but does not cover accidental damage through misuse (for example, adding ingredients or items not contained within a Pinter Pack into your Pinter/Co-Pinter 2). 

Your warranty will begin when your Pinter has been delivered and is valid for 12-months from this date. To register your warranty, please complete the form in the email you receive after your Pinter has shipped. If you gifted the Pinter/Co-Pinter 2, you will receive an email to forward to the giftee to complete the form. If you have not received this, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@pinter.co.uk. If you have purchased a second hand Pinter 2 or Co-Pinter 2, please contact the original owner for the order no. Once you have this, please complete this form to transfer the warranty and follow the steps below to make a claim. Please note that the warranty period will remain at 12-months from when the Pinter/Co-Pinter 2 was originally delivered.

If you would like to make a warranty claim, please ensure you have completed the form first. You should then contact our Customer Care team at hello@pinter.co.uk to begin your claim. When submitting a claim, please include a photo of the issue you have and summarise the problem. Our Community Care team will investigate this issue for you and may ask you additional questions or ask you for additional photos to ensure we provide the right service for you. If we find there is a fault, we may either replace the faulty part or the whole Pinter/Co-Pinter 2 depending on the issue.


REFRESH YOUR PINTER


The Refresh your Pinter scheme ended on 28th February 2022. If you registered for the scheme before this date, you can still return your Pinter 1 or Co-Pinter 1 using the DPD return label. Once your Pinter 1 has been dropped off at the DPD location, we can no longer service your original Pinter 1 order and we cannot send your Pinter 1 back to you.



FAULTY/MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order is faulty or incorrect, we’d like to fix this straightaway. Please email hello@pinter.co.uk with details of your order, the issue and any photos that may help.

FRIDGE COMPETITION AND PRIZE DRAWS

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pinter shall not be liable under or in connection with fridge or other product giveaways, for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant. The liability under or in connection with the competition shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.


LEGAL SIDE OF THINGS

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

We have the right and may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. 

You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. Unless you have our express permission, you are not allowed to use or reproduce any part of the Website for commercial purposes.
