Free Beer if your Flight's Cancelled

Since the return of international travel, staff shortages have led to thousands of flight delays and cancellations. We expect to see even more airlines and airports cancel flights throughout the summer.

At Pinter, we want to help soften the blow for anyone now staying at home this summer. Instead of taking to the skies in a plane, take flight with a complimentary free Space Hopper Fresh Press.

If you send us proof that your flight abroad has been cancelled* this summer, we will send you a voucher code for a free Fresh Press to make in your Pinter.
However, there are only a limited amount of codes available, so make sure you apply as soon as possible!

All you have to do:

1. Send an email to grounded@pinter.co.uk with an image of your cancelled flight, including your flight number.
2. Within 2-3 working days you will receive an email with a code to buy your free Fresh Press.
3. Brew and enjoy Space Hopper from the comfort of your own home.

FAQs 

How do I redeem my Free Beer?

In order to receive your free Space Hopper Fresh Press, please forward or attach an email confirmation of your flight cancellation to grounded@pinter.co.uk.

Once we have reviewed your proof of cancellation, we will contact you via email with a redemption code to use on our website. 

Once you have received your code, please add Space Hopper to your basket and enter the code at checkout. Please note you may still need to pay a delivery fee.

Please note, Pinter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. 

What proof of cancellation do I need to provide?

In order to receive your redemption code, you must submit an official flight cancellation from your airline or travel agent. This must be an email which includes your flight booking number.

The offer is only valid for UK outbound flights cancelled by the airline. The Flight must have been scheduled to fly between 21/07/22 - 21/08/22.

Please note, Pinter has the right to reject any entries where we believe the flight confirmation has been falsified or fabricated.

Can I redeem my Free Beer if my flight has been delayed or rescheduled?

No, we will only be offering codes for flights that have been cancelled by the airline.

I have not received my redemption code. What should I do?

You will receive your redemption code within 2-3 working days of your request. If you have not received your code after this period of time, please contact Grounded@pinter.co.uk and we can look into this for you.

When does the offer expire?

The offer will end at midnight on 21/08/22 and is subject to a limited number of Space Hopper Fresh Presses. Pinter also reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. 

In order to receive your redemption code, you must submit your flight cancellation on or before 22/08/22. All codes will expire on 21/09/22.

What does limited availability mean?

We are only offering a limited number of codes to redeem Free Beer, while stocks last. We will notify customers who apply once there is no more availability.

Can I choose which Fresh Press I want to redeem for free?

The offer is only available for Space Hopper, subject to availability. 

I don’t have a Pinter, can I still redeem my free Beer?

Yes, but you will need a Pinter to brew your Fresh Press. When purchasing your Pinter, please select “one-off” purchase and choose Space Hopper. Once added to your basket, please enter the redemption code at checkout to receive your free Fresh Press. 

I am having trouble redeeming my code. What can I do?

If you’re having any difficulty with your code, please get in touch with us at Grounded@pinter.co.uk with a screenshot of the code, what the code redeems, and where you received it, and we will look into this for you.

How many times can I apply for a Free Fresh Press?

There is a limit of one (1) offer code per person per flight booking.
