We’re delighted to announce that Lost In Translation has not only won a Gold medal at the 2022 World Beer Awards, but was also named a UK country winner - i.e. The Best Brown Ale in the Country!
The World Beer awards is a global competition that awards, recognises and promotes the best beers from around the world. This year's awards were the largest competition to date, with over 10,000+ entries from 2,400+ breweries representing 57 countries. Entries were then evaluated through blind tasting, and judged on taste, profile, aroma and structure by an elite panel of 226 judges from over 28 countries.
This award follows our success at the European Beer Challenge which we were awarded Gold for Tropical Debate (2022), Low Profile (2022), Dark Matter (2021) and Public House (2021).
Other medals we have won this year include:
Silver Awards
Silver at the World Beer Awards for Blackhorse Road in the Flavoured Cider Category and Low Profile in the No/Low Alcohol Category (2022).
Bronze Awards
Bronze at the European Beer Challenge for Stonebridge, Lost In Translation and Haus of Hops (2022).
Bronze at the World Beer Awards for Big DIPA in the Imperial/Double IPA category (2022).
Bronze at the International Cider Challenge for Blackhorse Road, Whole Nine Yards and Waltham Forest (2022).
We couldn't be more proud of our wonderful range of Beers and Ciders, or our incredible brewing team who have created them.
