I’ve brewed my beer on a lower setting than recommended. What should I do?

We encourage you to change the Carbonation Dial to the recommended setting and finish off your Brew – our settings are recommendations only, not rules and everyone has different tastes.

If you finish your brew and are unhappy with how it's turned out, do get in touch with our Customer Care Team. You can reach us via Live Chat or Email using the "Need some help?" tab to the right of your screen, and we’ll be happy to recommend something else, on us.

• Your full name and email address
• The name of the Fresh Press and its order number
• A video of how your Brew is/was pouring
