As a growing business, we want to ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are therefore pleased to announce the launch of our new customer initiative: Pinter Insiders.
What is a Pinter Insider?
Pinter Insiders are a group of members from our community to collaborate with, as a sounding board for new initiatives, ideas and projects. It's their opinion we ask first, when we want to understand more about what makes our Fresh Beer community tick.
What will Pinter Insiders do?
All of our customers are invited to join the Pinter Insiders community. Those who volunteer will be asked to give feedback on a range of ideas, topics and initiatives, via a selection of surveys, polls, interviews and invitations to research groups.
Once signed up, each Pinter Insider will be sent confidential requests for feedback. They can choose what they want to be involved in and will not be obliged to undertake all the tasks.
What is the purpose of Pinter Insiders?
The aim of the Pinter Insiders is to allow customers to shape the future of Pinter and our products. Anything we do can be explored and validated with Pinter Insiders first, to help build the best products, services and business possible. Depending on the level of involvement, we will also be rewarding customers with free gifts and treats over time.
